In one of the better title games in recent Underdog Sports memory, Phase Two was able to knock of the Zombie Turtles by a score of 12-11. In what was a game of momentum swings the Zombie Turtles jumped out to an early lead in the first couple of innings leading at one point by a score of 9-2. This was one the back of their 22-18 victory over the Beautiful Strangers earlier in the night. However, that didn't deter Phase Two in the least as they kept plucking away capping off their comeback with a 10-run sixth inning. The Zombie Turtles made a valiant effort at a comeback in the bottom of the seventh but fell one-run short as Phase Two was able to hold them off and take home the trophy...or....headbands if you will. Both teams were all smiles as the goggles were brought out and the champagne (Martinelli's of course) was popped. Nice job Phase Two!
