Space Monkey Mafia hit this week's theme night, Space Invaders, out of the alley. With a name like Space Monkey Mafia, they had to. There were shiny, neon wigged space ladies, antennae adorned martians, and the Men In Black to keep everything rolling smoothly.

No More Trail Mix!
Player of the Week really goes to the raisin that snuck its way onto the lanes and had the luck to end up on Brittany's shoe! It didn't stop her from bowling over 200 but it was certainly entertaining to try to figure out what exactly the substance on her shoe was...until it was confirmed to be a raisin. The raisin could not be reached for comment but it was confirmed that the opposing team DID not place it on the lanes. Rumor has it it escaped from some trail mix that members of 3 Hole Patrol were enjoying!

Strong showings in the Playoffs leave Blame it... on top
A solid 662 by Blame It on the Lane in their semifinal match against Happy Hookers boosted them into the finals.

C U Next Thursday and Jesus in Blue Jesus battled it out in the other semifinal match. C U Next Thursday had a great cluster of scores that sent them up against Blame It... in the finals.

A capped 205 by Mike of C U Next Thursday was huge, but some high scores by Blame It... proved too tough, leaving Blame It on the Lanes on top.

C U Next Thursdays ended up taking home the Spirit Championship in a close race with Space Monkey Mafia.

Pin Aisle Dysfunction were our No Tap Champions, bringing in 13 tickets, besting 3 Hole Patrol by 2.

Space Monkey Mafia might have placed 2nd in the Spirit competition, but you sure couldn't tell it by the spirit they showed tonight. They killed the Prom theme, throwing down an 80s prom theme with bright, poofy dresses and amazing hair-dos. In addition to that, they battled again The Michael Bowlton using their magic wand and to cast spells all night long.
