Our men's league teams are becoming quite familiar with each other this season. Every team has to play each other two if not three times.
It's often a challenge for Indy teams to contend with established rosters; there are a lot of new people getting to know each other, building that communication, and learning each others strengths. Our men's Indy team for this season has been going through this process, and they put it all together this week to get their first win of the season. Congrats to this group for putting a great gameplan together!
Indy teams are critical to the success of our leagues. Indy team players often end up forming long-term teams that become contenders in many of our sports. Indy #2 is representing our individual players in this season's men's league. We couldn't pick just one, but there were several players from Indy #2 who stepped up this week on short notice. They played their scheduled game, then subbed in for a few other teams in the next game, and then regrouped for their second game of the day. Thank you to our Indy players for putting in the effort and showing off what Underdog spirit is all about.
