WIth a monster 27 total runs put up by both teams, Blood, Sweat, and Beers scored the winning majority and earned their first victory of the season. Some great plays and a couple key innings saw huge runs. Sure hands and hustle on defense kept their team ahead until the very end. Congrats Blood, Sweat, and Beers!
Blood, Sweat, and Beers were down a good handful of runs late in the game, but an amazing play by Alex helped pump his team up. Alex launched a caught ball from the outfield toward first. About 5 seconds later it reached 1st, pegging the runner off guard and out before he could get the tag up. If was definitely a boost for his team and a play worthy of cheers from both sides.
