What kind of consultants did you say ya'll were again?
This weeks POTW and soon to be Big Turkey Bowling Consultant Adam not only rolled a league high 178, but also led his team to a team high 1057. I have a feeling the Bourbon Crew may have a little competition heading their way. Congrats Adam, no free beers for this, but I have a feeling the 10 your team got tonight will sustain you for at least another week.

POTW: Fernando Machicado
Bourbon Crew
I just figured out what makes The Bourbon Crew so good. Nando rolls a 151 and his score is dropped because two of his teammates go for 188 and 185! And lest you think this POTW award is given out of pity for Nando being a part of the greatest team in the history of Tuesday Night Big Turkey Bowling - I would like to point out that although his score was dropped, it was the 2nd highest score of the night out of all the other teams. So here is to you Nando, may your score count one day soon.

POTW: TJ Merrion
Roll your own, damn you!-Indy #1
It's one thing to roll a high score. It's entirely another thing to do better in the 2nd game of the night, what with the drinking and all. Its yet another thing to get better every week. TJ has done just that. This team basically, well, lets just say that they were the proverbial 'Underdogs' the first two weeks. Then TJ pulled them together into a break dancing, beer drinking, bowling machine. This week she broke 100 in the first game with a 110, and then bettered that with a 121 in the second game. So TJ, for the sweet break dancing, and leading your team to a 3 point night... you are the POTW. And hey, POTW goes great on the resum! Good luck with the job search.

POTW: Trask Russill

We haven't seen so many X's since that last Xhibit concert we snuck into -- we needed some "vicodin" afterwards just to numb the shock of it all. Great job Trask...you truly rolled your way into POTW fame.

Rolling against the 'Super' Bourbon Crew, Chuck got the last laugh by rolling not one but a pair of 107's. Seen laughing all the way to the bar, Chuck was over heard saying, "That was our strategy all along, if we drink all their beer they will be sober and if they are sober, well... umm.. that would just be bad for them." You showed them Chuck! Now you not only have 2 free beers, but also a POTW to boot!

POTW: Manon Tanner
Could have been Curling
After 'Googling' the name Manon, I can safely say that there is only one other Manon who has contributed to the world of sports like our Manon did this evening. That being Manon Rheaume, of hockey legend. She was the first woman to play professional hockey, maybe the toughest professional sport of the them all.

But shortly after 'googling' her name, I realized something. There are few sports where it you are asked to consume multiple beers, 1/6th of a pizza, and endure entertaining songs from your opponents, all while pursuing your sport.

Manon, of bowling legend, did just that tonight - and still pulled out a massive 199 to land her team into finals. So to you Manon I say to hell with professional hockey players with the same name. Could she do her sport 1/2 crocked on Red Hook and a belly full of pizza? Hell no! In fact, I'd bet that she trains in an entirely beer free environment. Hmmm, some sport.

So cheers to you Manon, you may share a name with someone who played hockey once upon a time, but my bet is you could out drink, out pizza, and out bowl her... even if we bowled on ice.
