You wouldn't know it by the way Ryan played on Sunday night, but we heard he is a first time volleyball player. Ryan's team appreciated his enthusiasm and natural skill.

When you think of volleyball uniforms you usually don't think, "lime green," but Riley Baker and the Court Blasters make their poppin' shirts look gooood. This fearless color choice has transferred over to Riley's game. He was not afraid to get on the floor to save a ball for his team, and his on court enthusiasm also placed him as my pick for Player-O-the-Week!

Nikki from Team Stache Nasty is the that player on the court who sends out a spark. Whether she is smiling at a teammate, diving for a ball or smacking a spike over the net she makes this game look good (and having a picture of Burt Reynolds on her team uniform doesn't hurt either). Nikki's team has struggled, but she and her teammates have an enthusiasm for Underdog Volleyball that can't be matched. Way to go Nikki! Keep reppin' the stache!

Championship teams need skilled players as well as ones that can be look up to for a smile and a positive attitude. Garrett is both of those things wrapped into one awesome Underdog Volleyball participant. Throughout the playoffs he was there when needed and helped drive Cinderella's pumpkin full of his Balls In teammates to a Soft-Core Championship!
