Scott had the best attitude of the whole evening. Scott vigorously cheered on his team and the opposing teams while spending most of his time in the other teams dug-out.
Brian had a double header on saturday. He spent 3 hours in left field grabbing anything and everything that came close to him. He was making everyone on the fields jaw drop with his amazing catches. To top off his amazing catches he was also racking up hits nearly every time he stepped up to the plate. Keep up the stellar play Brian!!
Brendon showed dedication through his play and team leadership for the back-to-back games his team played Saturday night. The swarm of mosquitoes couldn't stop his effort in the field, specifically the hard fought game against The Sauce.
In a nice turn of events Chico's Bail Bonds came out firing on all cylinders this week. With ever present theme music for each player, positive attitudes and good team play they were able to make up for an early season defeat at the hands of Wasted Faces. Timely hitting and great late inning defense made the difference this week. Even the lights going out for a brief period could not slow the Chico train this week. They had faith, the lights came back on and Chico's notched one in the win column. Who knows if it was luck or desire for a victory that brought the lights back on but, whatever it was Congrats Chico's!
Larry did a great job in the leadoff spot to set the tone for back to back wins. Not only was he great with the bat, but his positive attitude really egged on his team. Way to go, Larry!
Despite the score JV pitched a terrific game for the Wasted Faces. He throw tons of strikes and battle through some "tough hops". Every week JV is a big motivator and key contributor for his team, this week it may have not shown on the scoreboard but it surely showed on the field.

POTW: Rusty Kjos
Hootie and the Ballfish
On a day when many people and teams had their best games of the season Rusty stepped up and lead his team to victory. He hit every pitch he liked with authority driving in many of his teams forty-five runs. He also played some very fine defense in left-field. He make key diving catches that saved runs and killed rallies.
