Summer Co-Ed Softball at Rose City Park Sundays

Ben made several face-saving snatches, his time and space defying defense paired with his Galifianakis golden glove earned him POTW.

Touch 'em all James! James channeled his inner Joe Carter and came through in the clutch with a walk off home run in a hotly contested extra-inning battle with the Big League Bubble Butts. James "PBR" Ameeti was also a stellar 3rd base coach and managed to come through all day at the plate... even while carrying his bus fare INSIDE his bat--a truly remarkable feat! On an unrelated note, James can neither confirm nor deny his association with an "enthusiastic" Sounders fan.

Another beautiful day for Underdog softball at Rose City Park on Sunday. The day started off with a hard fought game between crosstown rivals @$$fliction and Save the Whales. Playing catcher for @$$flcition was Krisanne Driscoll, a woman with more that softball on her mind that day. Vacation with her family started on Monday...a very focused Krisanne was not too shy about expressing her goal for the game..."I don't want to get hurt!" Two timely base hits, outstanding signal calling behind the plate & an amazing slippery-banana-peel-bottom-flop slide into 3rd base...Krisanne kept her mind on the game just long enough to lead her team to a solid victory on Sunday.
