When it comes to a positive attitude, raw skill, and team spirit this gal packs a mean punch. Amanda arrived early and was super pumped to get kick but and take names. She dropped bombs when it was time to serve. She passed and dug line drives like a PRO, and spiked every ball that was put in front of her. Smooth moves!!!
What a great player!! Steven volunteered himself to go over and play for his opponents while they waited for there teammate to show up. Not only did he help out his fellow volleyball players, but he threw down some mean skills at the net. Great sets, great serves, great hits and attitude. When it comes to the MVP of the WEEK this man hits it out of the park.
This team captain is defiantly a great team player and skilled volleyball player as well.
First off this guy has a great attitude and boosts his teammates moral constantly. Enthusiasm should be his middle name because it oozes out of him and all over the court every Sunday. This guy rocks it from the beginning until the end, and makes sure his teammates and opponents are smiling too.
Spirit Fingers......O yeah, when it come team spirit, genuine enthusiasm, and some good ole fashion fun this lady carries the torch. Every time Katie steps on to the court she is ready to go in and "get some". Her attitude lights up the court and puts a smile on everyone's face. She pumps you up when you hit a spike and motivates you to keep going if you miss a serve. Katie's got the magic touch.
First one there last one to leave. This dedicated player shows skill, charisma, and drive. When the ball is put in front of her she jumps on every pass, serve, and spike. Last night this amazing player of the week had the sweetest run of aces this season. First she served 3 aces in row, boom...boom ....boom, then for the cherry on points in a row, in which 3 were aces. It was defiantly a sight to see.

This team was pumped and ready for the first stages of the finals. They brought the hammer down on every single team they played. The first match was a clean sweep. They won 3 of 3 games because of their team work. They were talking to each other, boosting each other on every play, and encouraging each other to stay positive when they got down. After getting warmed up and advancing into the next round of games they came out ready to light a fire under their opponents. They served like ALL* stars, hit like pros, and played defense like veterans, and again swept their opponents by 3 games. This team by far was kicking tail and taking names. 6 for 6 Sunday night, greater job Ballers!!!
AAAAAA BOOM!!! Amanda killed the court last night, she defiantly is the serving queen of HIllside. These scary serves were coming one after another and just lit, up the court. Hard hits were driven from the net and rained all over her opponents. She helped her back line of defense dig almost every ball. Way to get Champion!!
