Despite gruff from teammates, Spare Change bowlers jump ship to help out their opponents.
Quinn and Jose of Spare Change loaned their rolling skills to Dry Bumpers, who were down a bowler tonight. They might have gotten some backlash from their teammates (and even into Dry Bumper's team photo), but they also got to make some friends and bowl a few extra frames. Not too mention share a little in Dry Bumpers 4 points. It's great to see we have community pool of players at Hollywood.

Deedee Stepped it up in her second game, almost doubling her score.
Deedee was consistent her first game, bowling 3 consecutive 3 - frames, bookended by - - and earning a 37. The next game, Deedee stuck with it and stepped it up, almost doubling her score with a 67. But her main reason for celebration was the fact that she bowled her first spare and first strike all in one game. Congrats Deedee. There's more to come.

A huge game by Dry Bumpers awes Body By Bowling
Body By Bowling got creamed their first game by almost 100 pins, but were able to control their awe of the other team in the second game. Cameron was on a roll his first game (pun intended), bowling 6 strikes in a row and earning a 211. This lead Body By Bowling to comment, "[We're] honored to witness the domination." Body By Bowling were able to pick up their jaws and earn a point in the next game.

Dry Bumpers and Holy Kittens taught me never to spill my guts over a couple of beers, especially to He Who Should Not Be Named. After being let in on a little secret of my past, the teams came tonight in their comfiest and put me in my least. They sported pjs and dozens of pictures from my past. You guys rock, every last Cody of you. But remember, "Resistance is futile."

BTB Tuesday Champsionship game pits Dry Bumpers against Body By Bowling
Our semi-final matches saw Dry Bumpers duke it out with Spare Change and Body By Bowling roll off with Livin' on a Spare! Both matches saw solid victories, with Body By and Dry Bumpers' scores only 4 pits apart.

In our battle of the Spares for third place, Livin' on a Spare, with only 4 bowlers, had to bring their game to out roll Spare Change who brought 10 bowlers. Livin' definitely stepped up their bowling from their semi-final match and earned 3rd place.

With 4 pins separating our winners in the semis, the Championship was up for grabs. Body By Bowling had some great scores count, all within 10 pins. Although they weren't as consistent with their scores, Dry Bumpers had two rollers in the 170s, and secured their place as League Champs!

It definitely isn't Circus Night without a Bearded Lady, a Strong Man, a Ring Leader, and, of course, The Tattooed Woman. Sydney was a sport filling the role of Tattooed Woman, holding still for the first few frames while her team went at it with markers. While some teammates put on a juggling show, other put on an art show, inking an awesome ship, swords, skulls, a mermaid in a martini glass, and more to her skin canvas.
