The Cadillacs Roll to the Title

After three games under the threat of impending rain, the Cadillacs went into the seventh inning of the finals needing to hold the heavy-hitting Mashers to less than two runs to seal a victory. They got those final three outs, while giving up no runs, to win the Rose City finals 17-15.

It was a closely contested affair throughout, as the Mashers jump out to an early lead of 12-8 after two innings, powered by some tremendous long-bombs.

But in the later innings, The Cadillacs outfield was playing deep and tracking down those fly-balls for outs, highlighted by a terrific catch in left field by Nick on a ball that everyone thought was over his head.

The Mashers made their way into the finals with an earlier victory over Make It a Double 27-17, while the champs had to play two games to earn their spot in the finals, defeating Intoxicated and Here For Beer.

The Mashers fell just short of a perfect season, as they had been 8-0 heading into the finals. The Cadillacs had even lost to them in the first week of the season.

But in the end, The Cadillacs emerged with the victory that earns them the title.

Congrats Cadillacs!

How are Standings Calculated?
Standings shown do not automatically adjust for tiebreakers. Tiebreakers may be adjusted manually prior to playoffs with head-to-head followed by runs/points allowed (or sets lost for Volleyball leagues) as the top 2 criteria. Forfeits may be calculated differently as stated below.
º Forfeits
Parenthesized numbers indicate wins or losses by forfeit.
When calculating Ranking Points, forfeits may be weighted differently than normal wins and losses.
