Opening night, first @ Gabrial did not disappoint. It was a fun, upbeat game with Mayhem Allstars leading the way cheering and playing kickball.
Jenny smiling and having fun on both sides, catching balls and getting on base. Adding an awesome jump/dodge over the ball running into 2nd. Great game Grasskickers and Mayhem Allstars .

Grasskickers and Strangers playing with balls had the second game at Gabriel. Strangers started slow, but ended dueling it out on the hot, shady field. Grasskickers were too much, starting out with 6 runs and finishing with great D.
Zoe was doing her thing, playing, laughing and having fun. The dancing queen, with her quick feet added a perfect bunt to her already near perfect game. Great match and keep kicking (gr)ass.

Game 2 at Gabriel had it all, big kicks, nice catches, hustle and miscues. Hard Shockers were playing tough, but the Ho's & Bro's were too much. Great teamwork, talking, hustling and having fun.

Grasskickers started out a little slow watching the Porn Stars, but would battle throughout the game making plays and having fun. PSP played a solid game from start to finish in the field and at the plate scoring 17 runs.
Natasha was doing her thing, bunting to get on and hustle around the bases. Even after a ball in the face @ 2nd she was ready to finish what she started. Her #1 specialty is kickball

It was the game of the week! Battle til the end, with both teams out playing team kickball, making plays, laughing and having fun. It was mayhem until the Bro's and Ho's worked together to pull out a 3 run top of the 7th inning, taking the lead 11-10.
Kyle came up big with the go-ahead RKI in the 7th and played solid D throughout. Nice work by both sides and hope to see y'all battle it out again.

Starting out fast, Grasskickers would take an early 5 run lead against E Equlas MC Hammered and never look back. MC would rally late, but the team play and mojo of the g-kickers was too much. Meagan was ready, jumping and waving for the ball in the field, before making plays at 3rd and LF.
Adding a BIG kick, and finishing it safe at home... Keep having fun and smiling. Great sportsmanship Grasskickers

Randa was an awesome player in both of the games tonight for her team's doubleheader. Randa always left the bench full of smiles, and safe or out, returned full of smiles. As if being a beacon of cheer and spirit for both sides was not enough, Randa put it into overdrive in her second game to catch what most would consider impossible. With a diving leap, Randa snatched the ball from the clutches of gravity and pulled it in for the catch just in time to do a diving roll on the ground. Great job Randa!

Porn Star Pirates are still getting off
The Pirates had 2 games tonight and didn't disappoint in any position. The men came ready to play, but tonight they were gentlemen, stepping down and letting the ladies step up. Making great catches, turning double plays on defense while getting on base and scoring on offense, the ladies were on top. Having fun and keeping it tight the porn stars were doing there thing.
They added music and brought the grill for post game. Sharing food, music and laughs all night the Porn Star Pirates made it something worth watching. RRRRR!

Strange Mayhem
Takes to the 7th
2nd game of the night, with Mayhem Allstars leading it off in the 1st. It would be a scoreless first inning for both teams, but followed by runs the next with the allstars taking an early lead. They held the lead, til Strangers playing with balls took theirs and ran home with'em at the end.
Jordan was doing what he could lining kicks and playing stellar D. Giving his team the go-ahead RKI's at the top of the 7th but the allstars lost a hold when the strangers were playing with their balls. Great game played by both sides.

Game 1 on a semi-cooler, but still hot night at Gabriel was a tight well played game by both 'Kicker' teams. Nuggets would give it their all, but the grass was too thick in the field. Keith was covering the grass throughout the game, catching three balls, sliding on his knees.(!)
He added a big kick that ended in a homer and multiple RKI's. Hustling and having fun on his knees, made it fun to watch. Great game.

But I wasn't shocked
Final match of the regular season between Mayhem Allstars and Hard Shockers, didn't disappoint. Though the game would end in a tie, it was a victory for both sides with great teamwork, hustle and commitment, all while having fun. Steve started out as rover making all 3 outs in the 1st inning from the OF and IF, which was just the beginning. He would add several more defensive plays, hand tag 1st base and shutting down mayhems bunts as catcher.
Also addng 2 RKI's and almost the go-ahead run with a great slide into home, but was tagged out. Great game, hustle and spirit. Keep playing tough Shockers!

Game 1 of the playoffs, started out right with the Mayhem Allstars against the Grasskickers, playing kickball the way it should be. Beer and music. Megan got the mojo going for the kickers, by dancing to the music. she was providing for her teammates. Adding plays, spirit and music, Megan got her team playing and made the Allstars step up their game and music.
Great game and sportsmanship by both sides. Showing respect and class, turning the music off between innings, hustling, and having fun on and off the field. Grassallstars!
It was a great defensive game, with few mistakes, which resulted in a low scoring, tight game, until the end. E Equals would take and hold an early lead, taking the kickin' out of the nuggets, but Dominic wasn't to be denied. He would kick in 3 runs and score 2 himself thanks to fast, smart base running.
Playing D and keeping his team together the way a captain should. Nice game and great playing.
Game 1 of the semi-finals had Grasskickers and Strangers playing with balls, both covering their balls throughout the game. Defense was the key tonight, limiting mistakes and runs, which lead to the tight, low scoring game. Patrick was doing his thing, on defense as catcher making 3 great spinning throws to shut down the bunt along with adding other nice plays. On offense his kicks and quick base running would lead'em to plating 2 of the 3 runs for the kickers.
Great game and sportsmanship by both teams, and after those balls, they're not strangers anymore.
After a week of no games, the championship between the 1&2 seed, kicked of at Gabriel. The Grass kickers lead of the 1st inning scoring 2 runs on the stingy Pirates. Their D was just as potent, holding the Porn stars scoreless for the first few innings. Until back to back 1 run innings which led into the 6th tied at 2. The G(kickers) spot(ed) another at the top of the inning taking the lead 3-2 and closing it out scoreless.
Great over teamwork, hustle and sportsmanship by the PSP's and GK's not only tonight, but ALL SEASON!. Thanks for being great and having fun. Great season and game. Congrats to the Grasskickers on a TIGHT SNATCHED victory.
