What an opening night at Wattles, first games ever played and Erika brought the heat. She was ready to play and here to win. All three games she was giving it all. Erika performed a picture perfect dive into flip. While the ball was just out of reach, she pushed herself to reach the ball every time. Erika’s got a killer arm doesn’t matter if it’s a serve or spike it’s got the power to destroy. That’s why she is the player of the week, keep them coming!
What a killer game Meaghan! She came out of no where with a serve streak that put them ahead. A few points later and Diggin Pigz claimed the game for a win. She also is a powerhouse on the court. Set her up and she’ll hit a mean spike into the opponent’s court. Meaghan is ready at any moment to support her teammates. She’s a player any team would love to have. Keep it up Meaghan!
What a champion Alexandria is! She’s injured from last weeks game but that didn’t stop her from showing up. Alexandria supported her team in the best way, being there and encouraging the team from the sideline. The whole night Alexandria was coaching from the side, boosting team morale, and keeping score. Being the injured teammate can suck but she made the best of it. Hope to see you back on the courts soon Alexandria!
Jessica is the dream setter any team would want. She moves around the court so effortlessly, always getting it back up. That’s not all of her skill, Jessica can play any position and thrive at it. She was ready to get the ball up no matter what. The team has great teamwork and encourages each other. Jessica is right there giving thumbs up and high-fives. You played amazing tonight, keep it up Jessica!
What a killer night, Terrence was on fire. He came out of no where and preformed a picture perfect block, earning his team the point. On the net he’s got a laser spike and even if it is blocked he’s able to get it right back up. All in all Terrence is here to play and it shows. He’s a great support to his team and had great sportsmanship.
What a intense game. It can be hard to be down players but that didn’t stop Anthony at all. He was ready and able to cover the whole net. Like a wack-a-mole you could see Anthony pop over the net to block or hit. Anthony is a great player to have on a team he is able to play any position. He brought his A game tonight and it showed. Anthony was all over the court and ready at any moment. Awesome job Anthony!
What an all around amazing time player. Devin started off the season in an arm cast and that didn’t stop him. Now with his arm free from its constraints he is a beast. Devin has been consistent all season and tonight he showcased all his skills. He was ready for anything, blocking, setting and delivering a killer spike. You had a great season Devin, hope to see you in the next one.
