Well, looks like the cheer worked! Lina worked her sparkle magic and earned her first Spurkey as well as help her team win their first game! We don't know if it was her team's infectious cheer every time she bowled (Spar-kle-ma-gic clapclapclap!) or the power of the presence of her entire team. I Can't Believe It's Not Gutter win Spirit Champs
It was a close bowling night on this All Hallow's Eve Eve. In game 1, it was a battle of the nines starting out with Team Friendship and Shit Show and Rainbows and over on lanes 12 and 13 it was close from the start between I Like Y'alls Bowling Balls and the Michael BOWLtons. There was doubt early on expressed by players of the Michael BOWLtons, but they pulled ahead with a turkey in Game 1, which put them in the lead to win the first game and head to playoffs. Shit Show ended up winning over Team Friendship and joined Michael BOWLtons in a verrrrry close playoff game. It all came down to 12 pins, which is what the Michael BOWLtons ended up having over Shit Show and they took the Wednesday Night Bowling Champs! Congrats, Michael BOWLtons!
With their weekly champs of "SPARK-LE-MA-GIC" and other spirit shenanigans, it's no surprise that I Can't Believe It's Not Gutter took Spirit Champs. Especially when one their own showed up ready to bowl in a full turkey costume! Way to go I Can't Believe It's Not Gutter--Spirit Champs of Wednesday Night Bowling!
