This week's Player of the Week goes to Katie Hilleson from Kiss My Ace! Katie took on a big challenge tonight in playing with an unknown Midcore team and she did awesome.
As the start of play approached and there were not many extra players to be found, Katie agreed to help out another team. She was a little unsure but said "OK I'll step it up!" and with a smile and a handshake she met her temporary teammates. This was the game of the night. They went one and one in the first two games and when the third came time I tried to call it on time. The teams said "but we're tied! It's only 21-21" I agreed to let them play it out, but after more time went by we had to call it and we were still at 26-26.
Thank you Katie for being awesome and playing out a tough game, you rock!
