On a very competitive Tuesday night IgoNoUgo was able to win the Division 1 title While, stranger danger was able to clinch the Division 2 crown.
In Division 1, Shots on Us was able to come from behind to beat Strangers on the Court, setting up their meeting with Igo. Shots was lead by John Salle who was a one man blocking machine. John's motto, "You can't score it you can't get it over the net".
The championship game was a back and forth affair with teams alternating points and games. The difference being one Ben Saulsbury. Ben proved the theroy better late than never. After missing the opening round match he was able to make match two and proved to hot to handle with his pin point serves and sizzling spikes.
The Division 2 title came down to Bad News Beers and Stranger Danger. Stranger Danger jumped out to and early lead and never let it go. Beers gave Danger everything they had but a few key rallies and service runs by Samuel Cheek and the Danger crew proved to be to much.
On this night I do not know what was hotter the gym or the matches but, one thing is for sure it was a scorching end to a very firey season.
