The championship was a hard fought game featuring some pretty good defense by RO-SHAM-Bo's Bobby Pierce and Sherri Deutsch as they made catches all over the field to steal runs from the One Kick Wonders. The game was close through the first few innings with the score being just 3-1 RO-SHAM-BO after the third inning. Then came some big kicks by Piseth Pich, Andrew Wall scoring run after run for RO-SHAM-BO. That did not stop the One Kick Wonders from trying to mount a comeback but in the end RO-SHAM-BO's defense stiffled the One Kick Wonders' chances. RO-SHAM-BO wins the championship 13-5.
(A note for the record books: Piseth Pich is the oldest man to reach base in Underdog history, his team wanted this to be said. However, he will have an asterisk by his name because he admits to using performance enhancing drugs.)
