Summer Co-ed Sand Volleyball at Gabriel Park Wednesdays

Starting out sunny and a little windy, Regulators we’re ready and playing tough. Both would change as the sun covered and the rain picked up as did Setting Ducks.
Tamara played through it all digging everything that came her way. Short deep, she was hustling and helping her team out. Even though they didn’t win, Regulators battled and had fun. Nice match.

This week's Player of the Week is going out to Melanie of the all so noble Sandy Crevices! This lady has an uncanny ability that many may overlook and not give full credit for its awesomeness. This ability is nickname acquisition! Wrinkle your brow if you must, but when in the span of 45 minutes you go from an ordinary person to being referred to as The Tower of Power, you are definitely making great life choices. The Tower of Power could not be denied in this fierce match up against team Rampage, and by then end she had acquired yet another name...The Spicy Sauce! Melanie, aka The Tower of Power, aka The Spicy Sauce, aka that awesome player that said "Rotato Chip" brought the fun this week. Congrats Melanie!
