This week's Player of the Week is Serves You Right's Andrew Hall! Andrew brought a thick team spirit to Tuesday's match against the Sandy Ginas and rallied his teammates through all 3 sets. He wasn't phased when a teammate gave him a bump from behind, and dug deep to lead his team to victory. In the third set he was servin' up seconds to his opponents, and even found time to counsel his teammates from the bench. Andrew is all that and a bag of chips, and that is what makes him this week's Player of the Week. Congratulations!
This week's Player of the Week is Bust A Net's Carmen Willcox. This firecracker brought the heat to her match at Gabriel Park on Tuesday, and credits her skills to her key nutrition: Spicy Nacho Doritos. Carmen was confident enough in her game to give her opponents a helping hand by calling balls in and out for them, and also offered her expert advice to teammates and opponents. After serving up an impressive 15 points in her first set, Carmen let her hair down and led her team to a 3-0 victory. Congratulations Carmen!
This week's Player of Week is Homeless Cougar's Kate Oksas. Kate showed up to Gabriel Park rockin' her ultra retro 80s shades, and was prepared to crush it. This superstar brought the thunder with her mad front row attacks and fancy footwork in the backrow. Kate kept her teammates jammin' through all 3 games with great talk and aggressive play. Congratulations Kate!
Congratulations to this week's Player of the Week, Allison from The Notorious D.I.G.! Allison's high flying skills earned her the top spot this week. After an epic rally that ended with Allison doing gym-class style splits, this Player of the Week kept her team going with positive encouragement and a beaming smile. This beauty was a tippin' fool at the net, and brought some serious sunshine and intimidation to the park. Way to go Allison!

Steven Novak from The Notorious D.I.G. was having fun in the sun and serving up a storm and rocking out his federale glasses to the opposite team when he had a Top Gun moment. He posed for the cameras and he looked just like Val Kilmer's epic character, Ice Man.
Just like in Top Gun, Steven posed in the sun and dove all over the sand to dig the ball. Steven even bit down to make the teeth sound that the Ice Man does.
Steven and his team knows how to have fun, but we give him the Player of the Week not for fun, but for the best Top Gun performance. Just call him "Ice Man". Congratulations Steven.
