Please fill out this form to request a sub for your playoff games. A few things to keep in mind:
1. This form should be filled out by the team Captain as they are responsible for roster management.
2. You sub is not automatically approved. They will need to be reviewed by the league director before being added to your roster.
3. You should not assume that your sub is approved unless you have heard back from us, or you see that they have been added to your roster online.
4. Subs are for teams in danger of forfeiting. If your team has enough players to field a legal team, in most cases, your sub will not be approved. This may mean your team will play without a full team on the field (for instance, 4 players instead of 6 for volleyball, 9 instead of 10 for softball/kickball, etc).
5. Subs will not be allowed if that player is on another roster in the same league, even of that team has been eliminated from the playoffs.
6. Subs of a different gender may not be allowed.
7. Subs may not be allowed if we feel that the player changes the overall competitiveness of your team.
To complete the process, remove the app from your Facebook settings.
