The Buffalo Gap Bombers and their QB Teddy Guerin started off their day with a big win over The Rhythm Method 42-12. In the second game, Less Than Perfect came out firing - scoring 62 points behind the arm of Brian Tomalak and his receivers. They went on to beat The Tight Ends 62- 46 This made for a high scoring and hard fought championship game that came down to the end of the second half. At halftime the score was already 36-29 Buffalo Gap. As time ticked away in the second half, Buffalo Gap capitalized on a few mistakes by Less Than Perfect. Buffalo Gap played some great D and Less Than Perfect just could not catch up. Again, Teddy Guerin along with his receivers Ryan Peterson and company put up points and put them up fast winning the championship 58-51. Congratulations Buffalo Gap Bombers.
The combination of Teddy Guerin to Ryan Petersen was unstoppable today in both games. They led their team to two victories and a championship while helping put up 100 points on the day. The great passes and catches were fun to watch and largely contributed to their two victories. For this they deserve Co-Players of the week Great week guys.
To-nite's player of the week has been deservedly earned by Avery Wright. On a fine Sunday evening, Wright just wouldn't be denied. Either throwing the ball (2 TDs) or catching the ball (TD catches), he could not be stopped. It was a fine display of a complete player.
