Spring Co-ed Bowling Wednesdays at Powell Pro 300 7pm

The end of another fantastic Wednesday Pro 300 season was a nail biter! A huge congratulations is due to Beastie Balls, who finally bagged a championship after six seasons of hard work and determination.

The Spirit competition was a close race between Senator Mittens and Gutter Ballers. Both teams showed amazing enthusiasm and spirit every week- but in the end, Senator Mittens pulled ahead due in part to showing up in costume every single week of the season.

The No-Tap competition was also an extremely close race, but Gutter Perfection ended up edging out Let's Go Home by only one ticket- thanks to a particularly solid game bowled by Ray.

In the playoff battles, it started out with Baby Punchers up against The Bowled and the Beautiful and Beastie Balls against Gutter Ballers. Although Gutter Ballers bowled their hearts out, Beastie Balls were able to push through despite a rocky start. Meanwhile, Baby Punchers were poised to beat The Bowled and the Beautiful, but BNB rallied and upset the Punchers by a very slim margin of five points!

In round two, Gutter Ballers struggled to hold their own against the Punchers. Batman and Lacie swooped in with their capes flying, and lead their team to take third place. As for the Gutter Ballers, Cayle and Rachel both held the high scores, and the team took a very respectable fourth place.

In the final battle for it all, Beastie balls were on a roll. They seemed unstoppable, with Greg and Sarah leading the pack with scores of 181 and 145, respectively. Every member of BNB had the heart of a champ, but it wan't enough to keep Beastie Balls at bay. In the end, Beastie Balls were stoked to finally have bragging rights that come with being Big Turkey champs!
