Molly Piefer pitched a great game and wore an awesome outfit. On 80's night for the Wii Not Fit squad molly sported a leotard with leggings. The description of which could be called a safari print where teal and fuchsia collide. Lets just say she took it to a whole nother level on dressing up for the night's ball game. For her efforts she is our player of the week.
Player of the week has to go to Brandon. In near darkness, amidst the persistent mosquito bites, Brandon stuck with a fly ball that was blown about 10 feet to the right of first. As soon as he caught it, he turned to first and pegged the feet of the runner who was caught 4-5 feet off base, ending the game. Good lookin' out Brandon!
Rob Phillips' effort in Monday's game was unmatched by any other kickballer on our fields. He was playing centerfield when a ball was booted deep into the gap in right field. He ran back and dove for a ball which landed a good five feet from him. However, in the diving process his shorts took a trip to his ankles and as he stood up he showed off what most people say is his best side. So, for what his team said was a "ballsy" effort and his hunger to do anything possible to win, Rob is our Player of The Week.
Courtney displated the heart of champion tonight. Her passion for success is unmatched, much like her ability to leg out singles and track down pop ups. As the vocal leader of Wii Not Fit, she is constantly pumping her team up to strive to victory, and is there to console them when they fall a little short. Great game Courtney.
