Summer Softcore Kickball at Peninsula Park Saturdays

The Peninsula Park Softcore Kickball League culminated in a hard fought defensive game between Mr. Lindy's Ball Fetish and The Pill Crushers. Through four innings the game was tied at 2 until a few well placed boots by Mr. Lindy's Ball Fetish found outfield grass plating a 5 runners, making the score 7-2. The Pill crushers did everything they could to make a comback but the duo of Adam and Lindsay Pranger on defense coupled with great clutch kicking by David Smith (with his opposite foot due to an injury) was too much. Mr, Lindy's Ball fetish wins the championship 7-2.

Player Of The Week - Keith Kessinger

Keith was a leader on the field even with a torn up quad muscle. He played catcher and kicked like a champ even turning singles into doubles. His chatter with opposing batter was not only classic but fun for all as he made the day that much more entertaining with his gamesmanship. For his efforts, Keith Kessinger is our Player Of The Week.
