It was a tremendous conclusion to an exciting spring season at Montavilla Park. After an number of exciting games the top two teams squared off for all the wristbands.
The Upper Deckers were able to beat three battle tested teams and take home the prize. Led by the Husband and Wife combo Andy and Diana Nelson the Upper Deckers played tough defense all day limiting the number of scoring opportunities The Swingers and The Unknown were able to muster.
Strong pitching was supported by the bats of Dan Alexander, Christina Kraft and Evan Daley. The whole day was a display of hustle, team work and all around fine play.
The Upper Deckers are a great team lead by a great Captain. It was a hard earned, well deserved Championship.
