This weeks player of the game goes to Noelle Miller of How I Set Your Mother. Noelle had some great serves, after she figured out that she needed to serve with her right hand, even though she is left handed. She also had some really impressive hits at the net, and was a super cheerleader to her whole team. Even if she had an error, she just laughed and shook it off and kept playing. What a trooper! Great job Noelle! And congratulations on being this weeks player of the week.
This week's Team of the Week goes to the How I Set Your Mother!
These guys and gals were born to hustle this week. They had an amazing game against Block Party (Champions from last season) and it was a fantastic game to watch! On both sides there were times when you felt like it was obvious that the ball was not going back over the net and somehow it always did. How I Set Your Mother ran to the walls and beyond after every ball!
They have come such a long way from their beginning days at Underdog just a few short seasons ago! Now they are diving on the floor after balls, their setter set from her knees a few times to get the spikes in, and they just gave it their guts for 3 whole games. The best part I think is their positive spirit! This team is so much fun to play with or against. They are always smiling and laughing together no matter how the game turns out.
