Honey Badgers are awarded Summer's softcore Co-Ed Volleyball 2013 Champions! As one eager player stated after their victory match, "We've waited 5 long seasons to win the Championship!" It's true, Honey Badgers have been fine tuning their squad for some time, but it was apparent this evening who came through with a title! Just as a honey badger would do in the wild, this squad fought ferociously on defense, and volleyed until their knees and elbows were bruised from the sacrifice.The first match was too close for comfort with a final score of 20-25 against the Indy phenom squad, Scared Hitless. After an intense huddle before the second match, the Honey Badger's realized excuses are just like loses - everyone has them except the champions. The second match was a battle, but Honey Badger came out on top, 25-16. Peace, love, and Volleyball Honey Badgers, and thanks for a stellar performance this summer!
