Beastie Balls
It was a very close race for Nerd of the Week honors this week but Alicia pulled out ahead with a smile. The head dorkess endured getting kicked all night (who knows why?!) all for the love of the game. Gobbles up to Suzi of the Dangling Modifiers for her awesomeness and one-of-a-kind victory dance. The Rain Gutters cross dressed nerds were unrivaled and Staci's unibrow was probably the Big Turkey's favorite sight of the night. The Lucky Strikes showed a lot of heart and Brendan and Ralph made quite the n00b duo. Thanks to everyone for making Wednesday night so rockin'!!

Malia gets POTW this week for her sheer wit and candor. She had the Big Turkey laughing all night! Shout out to Hannah of the Clockwork Orange for her enthusiasm and support of an Indy team in need. High accolades go to Josh of the Gutter Slutz for helping to organize and relocated two lanefuls of bowlers to their new homes. The EZ Bakerz had some serious style last night, as did team Ebowla with their awesome biohazard shirts. Next week we have a bye to give you guys time to prepare for Mustache night!! Have a great holiday and be kind to the turkeys out there!

While Underdog does not have an official "creepy 'stache" award let this player of the week write up serve as proof that Mary indeed have the creepiest (and most original) 'stache in the land. Not only did she chop a lock of her own hair to make said 'stache, she lead a rousing 'stach parade which scored her bookou spirit prizeage and some free tots to boot.

Ed earned POTW status this week for his bowling bravado. Although he lost his spot in the second game, he was no rogue elephant. Ed kept his spirits up, drinking from his trademark brutal Black Bear mug and entertaining the Big Turkey. Jon (and Jon's closet) of the Rain Gutters also gets mad props for last night's impromptu crazy hat theme. Next week is the grand finale of late fall bowling... I can't wait to see what shenanigans you bring to Hollywood Bowl!
