Comeback City, Population: Balls and Dolls

With 11 minutes to go, Balls and Dolls were trailing by 18 points. Stephen Harper marched his team down the field twice to put Balls and Dolls within 4 points. Good Defense shut down a wild Turkeys drive and gave Balls and Dolls the ball with 1:40 on the clock. Then the unthinkable happened when Harper connected with Brain Kettler for a long TD pass which put Balls and Dolls ahead by 2. A strong Turkey's drive put them within scoring distance but a pass into the endzone was intercepted by Chris Fisher to seal the deal for Balls and Dolls. End score 40-32 due to a last second long bomb by Balls and Dolls. Balls and Dolls win the ship.

  Pwn Rangers

Pwn'd Em
P. Rangers roll, stop 2 pt for championship.

The Pwn Rangers won their first championship in the midcore league behind good QB decisions and wicked speed. In front of a crowd of at least 10 people, they handled the Hardcore Fun Seekers in the semis. The first half of this game was close, but the Pwn Defense really stepped up their game in the second half.

The Pwn Rangers came back for the finals after only 10 minutes of rest, facing a tough offense in the Smells like Sexy team. The Pwn Defense quickly stuffed the first drive of the game, taking over with great field position and capitalizing early. The opposition quickly answered, but the Rangers came back with a slow effective drive of their own. Pwn Rangers were up by 3 scores at halftime.

Smells like Sexy came out swinging in the second half, making up a 20 point deficit over 15 minutes, including 3 interceptions. But the Pwn Rangers defense was able to slow the attack, only giving up a touchdown in the last 10 seconds. Down by 1, Smells like Sexy opted to go for 2, and the victory. The Pwn Rangers defense suffocated all options and Smells like Sexy could not make their conversion. The Pwn Rangers took a knee and the coveted 50 dollar envelope, and of course bragging rights going into the fall session.

How are Standings Calculated?
Standings shown do not automatically adjust for tiebreakers. Tiebreakers may be adjusted manually prior to playoffs with head-to-head followed by runs/points allowed (or sets lost for Volleyball leagues) as the top 2 criteria. Forfeits may be calculated differently as stated below.
º Forfeits
Parenthesized numbers indicate wins or losses by forfeit.
When calculating Ranking Points, forfeits may be weighted differently than normal wins and losses.
