Of the 96 bowlers, 16 we're chosen to roll the first ball for their respective teams. And of those 16, only one was able to get the coveted "first roll of the season strike". That one was Bowl Movement No.2's Sarah. And with yells and screams she gathered prizes, spirit coupons and a little bit of notoriety right here. Congrats on being the POTW and starting our season right.

This is the story of the contagious cape. Once there were a lady named Alicia, who wore the raddest cape in all the land. It was so amazing that the others wished they had a cape just like it. The others hunted and gathered materials and when all was said and done, they had capes too! In the end everyone was donning the space age accessories and as the saying goes... It was good.

Spirit Challenge night brought a new favorite to the BTB leagues last Thursday. TOT EATING COMPETITION! A fake bearded, fake Special Math Club shirt wearing Josh, took on his nemesis for a tot-off royale that could be described as one of the most hilarious/disgusting things that has ever happened at BTB. There were beer dipped tots (aka the Kobayashi move), mashed tots, a lot of pre hurl sweats, and a few mid-chew laughs that shot chunks of delicious deep fried potato all over the onlookers. Namely me.

Great times! Hope the two of you are feeling alright...

Winner of BTB Thursday's, Mustache Night costume contest. His combination costume made him look like he'd need to knock on everyone's door if he moved to your neighborhood. Yeah, it was creepy good. The mustache, hair, and buttoned to the top shirt complete with breast pocket M&Ms took mustache night to a plateau of hilarity. Well done, sir!

A great bowler, fine. But how about a great bowler that knows exactly what he's going to roll as soon as it rolls off his fingers? An amazing display of his prophetic visions last Thursday as he called his shots while walking back from the line well before the ball had made it down the lane. When every one of his called shots in the 10th frame was spot on, we decided he should run for president. All hail future leader of our brave new world, Brian Waldau!
