Winter Co-ed Flag Football Sundays at Lewis and Clark College

Lets just say that Tom Cox had a fairly good opening day at Lewis & Clark Underdog Football. He not only helped his team out by scoring 6, yes 6 TDs, but he decided to play on D as well. He went ahead and took over the defensive end of things tallying 3 interceptions and giving his team the Bench Craft Bandits a 39-12 victory over Funky Fresh.

Jon Little and Travis Berg also known as the mullet twins played a different style of Underdog flag football this week. Their style consisted of business in front and party in back hair with jean shorts that were cut so short the pockets acted as two additional flags to pull. But despite this they put on a show by defending multiple passes and scoring two touchdowns between the two. However they did not lead their team to victory this week but they did have a great time playing football in the rain, with the Wet Hot Pink Football Club.

The Underdog player of the week goes to Abraham Choe of the Refugee Runnerz. After the two week break some players looked a little rusty and out of shape but not Abraham Choe, he was able to record stats like seven receptions and two touchdowns. Abraham Choe is really really fast to give you an idea on how fast he is, his team the Refugee Runnerz combined team is faster than ninety-nine percent of the league and Mr. Choe is by far the fastest player on the team. Congrats Abraham Choe for player of the week and Refugee Runnerz for your commanding victory on the gridiron.

The Underdog player of the week is awarded to Trayvon Cooks of the Balls and Dolls football club. Treyvon put up stats that most teams couldn't add up in two games. Treyvon had three touchdowns in one game. That's impressive. Then add five interceptions on top of that and were talking Underdog hall of fame. Teams can't and shouldn't throw the deep ball with Treyvon at safety because it will be a pick. He seems to bait receivers in his zone giving them a five yard buffer, daring the quarterback to throw and once the ball is in the air, the Balls and Dolls offense might as well come on the field because that ball was just picked off. If I could give a scouting report for Balls and Dolls it would be not to throw it where Treyvon is unless you intend to punt.Amazing performance Treyvon and good luck in the semi finals.
