The Underdog player of the week goes to Emily Boscacci of the Balls of Fury team. Emily is a newbie who pretty much jumped willingly into the snake pit of Underdog dodgeball and did quite well. Emily is a natural she throws a pretty good shot and is athletic enough to catch most balls you throw at her. As already making and impact on her team I could she her being one of the top players of Balls of Fury in a few weeks. Well awesome start to your dodgeball career Emily and keep on having an awesome time out there!

The Angry Hugs
The underdog player of the week goes to Dan Caccavano of the Angry Hugs ball club. Dan lead his team with 15 outs, 5 catches, and 2 final out wins However his team did start the season 0-4. The good news is Dan and the Angry hugs still have more fun than any of the teams that participate in the league and the Angry Hugs have been the recipient of the Underdog spirit award four seasons running. And that's awesomeness! Dan adds to the Angry Hugs energy with his spastic movements and bouncing around the court, this confuses most teams because no player can anticipate Dan's next move which is most likely throwing an out for the Angry hugs. Congrats on Player of the week and keep on keepin' on being Awesome out there!

Ruthless State
The Underdog player of the week goes to Tyson aka "Big T" aka "Grandmas Boy" aka "Rainbow Hat" Hart of the Ruthless State dodgeball club. Tyson is one Underdog Dodgeballer that is above the rest and plays at a different altitude than most in the league. That is mostly because he is about seven feet tall and from that high know one expects a ball flying at them from that angle. This week Tyson lead Ruthless State to two victories with sixteen outs and three catches. Tyson as always was sporting his rainbow grandma's boy visor and like always making Grandma and Ruthless State proud.

WHAM! The player of the week is Lauren Carpenter of the WHAM! ball club. Lauren had a superb dodgeball performance with 18 dodges, 3 catches, and 7 outs, and one happy birthday girl! Lauren is a specialist in dodgeball with her dodging skills as she manages to hop, duck, skip, and dive away from most balls thrown at her. This was especially exhibited this week with a flashing light she wore, which most players took-for a target. However Lauren as usual dodged her way to an amazing dodgeball birthday performance. Great week Lauren, Happy Birthday and nice party hats WHAM! team!

The Underdog player of the week goes to Katie Wright for sniping players with precise accuracy. Katie managed to record impressive stats like 14 outs and 2 catches and one 25 year old birthday girl. Katie a former Shenanigans dodgeball champion moved on to join an expansion team known as Baby in the Tub which is already looking very strong and should make it deep in the post season especially with Katie playing out of her mind and tallying up the wins! Thanks Katie for always having a smile on the court and kicking butt out there! Congratulations on the prestigious Underdog player of the week award.

The Underdog player of the week goes to Debbie Does Dodgeball's big man Cory Nagle. Cory really stepped it up this week scoring must needed outs of the 2-0 night for Debbie Does. The wins over baby in the tub and ball busters were imperative to carry momentum in to the post season for Debbie Does. Cory stepped it up totaling 16 outs and one catch for the night in the two big wins. Nice week Cory and good luck on carrying the momentum into the playoffs.

Red, White & Bruise
The Underdog player of the week goes to Melissa Ambs of the defending champion Red, White, and Bruise dodgeball club. Melissa managed to be the last player standing for multiple games and usually puts up a pretty good fight for opposing teams. Melissa's role in the championship game was tossing sneaker shots at teams while they dodge the barrage of balls that her teammates throw. I would also like to congratulate Melissa for her high level of sportsmanship she demonstrated all season and especially in the playoffs. Thanks Melissa and keep smiling because you're awesome.
