Wet Hot Pink
The player of the week goes to Micah Moran of the Wet Hot Pink ball club for his impressive defensive play in the Wet Hot secondary. The game was decided by 13 points and I would argue that Micah was the difference. He was able to secure three interceptions for Wet Hot Pink in which two were converted to scores. But Micah didn't end there he also had one touchdown catch. Great opening day Micah and congrats one player of the week.

Less Than Perfect
The Underdog player of the week goes to Lauren "I got hands like Randy Moss" Moss of the Less Than Perfect ball club. Lauren was the glue that kept Less than Perfect club together in there 27-24 victory over the defending champs Backyard Ballers. And Lauren helped with a play that would easily make a Sportscenter Top 10 with a one handed grab in the end zone to take the lead over the Backyard Ballers. Great week Lauren and congrats on the big win!

The Underdog player of the week goes to the Plan B captain Katie Maul for playing outstanding football and having a blast doing it! Katie is the total package she runs the D-line like Lawrence taylor, snags grabs on O like Randy Moss and parties/dances like Michael Irvin both pre and post game and sometimes during halftime. Thanks Katie for keeping the game fun and spreading cheer to the teams who fall defeated to the mighty Plan B crew.

The Underdog player of the week is Tremaine "you can't touch this" Thompson of the Outlaws ball club. Tremaine has defiantly played some ball in his day because he seems to run around the opposing players as if they were cones. Putting up stats like Tremaine is easy if you could run a 4.5 forty and make cuts with that speed, then snatching three picks for six is easy. But thats not all, add three more offensive touchdowns and thats the game for Tremaine.

Team Purple Parrots
The Underdog player of the week is awarded to Nicole Rowe of the Team Purple Parrots ball club. Nicole had and impressive week finishing with two Touchdown passes and 180 total yards of offense and one interception and eight flag pulls on defense. Nicole on two forced gender plays managed to find an open receiver deep and launched a bomb that connected twice for two massive TDs for the win. Great week Nicole and nice arm!

Backyard Ballers
The Underdog player of the week is Dave Anderson of the Backyard Ballers. Dave got the start after Doug Jones was side lined due to a shoulder injury. Dave got his first start at QB and impressed everyone passing over 350 yards for the day with six touchdown passes. With these stats I expect an interesting upcoming battle at the quarterback position for the backyard club. Great week Dave and good luck with the rest of the season.

The Underdog player of the week is Angela Zielinski of Hardcore Fun Seekers for being the total flag football package. Angela over two games including the championship managed to throw down stats like eleven sacks of a loss, eight receptions, two touchdowns, two two point conversions, and one underdog flag football championship win. More importantly Angela found the end zone when HFS needed it most like fourth and two cones she went deep for six, game over Hardcore Fun Seeker victory.
