Spring Mens Flag Football at Lewis and Clark College Sundays 3p-6p

The Underdog Player of the week is Ryan Hood of the no name indy #1 team for his stellar pass defense. I'm pretty sure Ryan and his team have there sights on winning the championship after watching them play because there offense will win them games and there defense will probably win them a championship. Ryan added to the defense by knocking down any ball that was even close to being caught by a receiver. After disrupting five passes and having six flag pulls Ryan earned his spot for Underdog player of the week for his subtle but very effective defensive play.

The coveted Underdog player of the week is awarded to Mr. Micah Moran of the prestigious Free Ballin' ball club. Micah lead the way for Free Ballin' with two touchdown passes caught and two picks stolen from Duckfart in the commanding victory for Free Ballin' 39-6. This was a pivotal win for the club and there hopes of becoming bowl eligible to secure there slot in the four team post season playoff. Great week Micah and keep padding those stats and I would say as of now you're chances look good that you'll be playing in the post season.

The Underdog Player of the week is awarded to Dante Ortiz of the Free Ballin' flag football club. The Free Ballers handed the undefeated Alcoholics Anonymous team there first lost of the season. Dante contributed to the spanking by adding forty-two points via air mail to the Free Ballin' wide outs ending with seven touchdown passes for the evening and a career high passer rating. Free Ballin' is hot rolling into the bye week and we'll see what there capable of after an extra week to rest there injuries. Congratulations Dante on your career high and player of the week award.

The player of the week is Mitch the Choo Choo train Karnes of Alcoholics Anonymous. Once Mitch gets the ball he's the little engine that could all the way to the end zone. Mitch had five catches for the day and one touchdown adding to his season total of 38 catches and seven touchdowns in the historic Alcoholics Anonymous championship season.
