Spring Co-Ed Softball at Rose City Park Sundays

With an unorthodox pitching style and switch hitting at the plate, Jim led the Sons of Pitches to a big win on Sunday. His pitching kept the opposing offense at bay and his hitting was a cayalyst for a potent Sons of Pitches offense. Just an great day for Mr. Ross.

Steve had a banner day on Sunday. In the final match-up of the day he covered more of the field than most groundskeepers. Steve played at least three positions and threw people out from all of them, including the person he threw out at first base from left field. On top of his defense Steve had a nice day at the plate. Not quite as nice as his artistically painted on "mutton chop" side-burns but very nice none the less. If only we all could match Steve in all-around hustle and artistic creativity. Congrats on a shining Sunday Steve!

Mo Davis was had a great day at the ballpark. If he wasn't pitching the whole game he could be found hitting home runs and dancing all over the ballpark. Even though there was no intro music Mo made his own and always came up to the plate strutting his stuff. He also had an acrobatic barrel roll going after a foul ball. Mo always has a smile on his face and that rubs off on everyone else. Keep it up Mo!
