Fall Co-ed Dodgeball at Friendly House Mondays

The Underdog Player of the week is Steven Kolker of the Blue Baller Dodgeball Club. Steve lead his team with nine outs and four catches and one catch of a lifetime. Steve managed to catch blistering rocket of a throw that bounced off his chest knocking Steve to the floor. But he did not give up on the ball. He proceeded to backstroke across the court to finally make a game changing catch for his team.

In the closest and most exciting game of the night, Lindsey Alexandru gave her team a clutch performance. Lindsay led the Old Dirty Ballers to a 5-1 lead against the gritty Cobra Kai. Cobra Kai did not quit and valiantly fought back to tie the game 5-5. Ms. Alexandru sealed the game with a outstanding athletic catch that bounced off her arm and into her hands to win the game.

Ms. Kuretich was an obvious choice for player of the week honors due to her consistant stellar play in 3 games. Yes, Kayla even subbed in for a short handed team and received player of the game due to her accurate throws and timely catches. While playing for her home team, Mad DodgerISM, she continued her hot play by blistering opponents with multiple shoe shots and passionate team spirit. Being undefeated for 2 teams, not a bad day at the Friendly House. Well played Kayla.
