It was a few short weeks ago that "Captain Ryan" offered his Dirty Bird team for sale for a mere $400,000. Now that looks like a paltry sum considering the DB's run through the Division II playoffs. When asked if he will try to sell it for $450K, Ryan responded "I'm thinking a cool, million." Good on you Ryan, someone should have to pay some real money for such a successful and equally fashionable team.

The championship game was a action packed, high tense, but fun game. We got the Runs were putting the pressure on with runners in scoring position 4 of the 7 innings, but the wall of an infield was too much. Jeremy and Drea were vacumms, while their "ace" Micheal gave up 1 run through 14 innings.!?! Barroom Heroes fell to the power arm, but made it a battle til the final out. The Blue balls, although fought and hustles, ended with just that...Blue balls. And in the end wegot the runs, were backed up or ran dry.
Congrats to Orange-a-tang, for playing to superb games to take the arm bands and bragging rights.
