So we all know by now that when you’re on the court playing the point of the game is to get the ball back over the net to the other team. I don’t know what it is but when the volleyball was passed so beautifully into the basket ball hoop by Hollis it caused the entire court to cheer and applaud such a rarity. Making that basket and going on to play a game full of effort and laughter makes for a successful night on the court. Way to be the player of the week Hollis!

Killer games Jason! It’s tough to play two games in one night. That didn’t slow Jason down, he gave his all during the six sets! Jason showed his amazing sportsmanship by encouraging his teammates and cheering with them on during the awesome plays. Jason dived all over the court in order to get the ball back up. Other teams better watch out because Jason’s spikes got a lot of power. Keep it up Jason!

What a team!
An extra shot out to Becomes this week! They were seated at no 6 spot playing no 2 in the semi finals. They came with a positive attitude and ready to play. What a game they had! It truly was a team effort. Scott had 4 blocks 4 different plays in a row. Sarah and Jane were consistent passing to the setter and getting kills with their hard and strategically places hits. Dave did a great job of keeping the other team on their toes during the serves. They pulled out a win and moved on the the championship game. Great job Becomes!
