Late Fall Co-ed Dodgeball at Friendly House Wednesdays

In a rematch of last seasons championship game, Erin Campbell remained calm and collected. She started and ended every game with smile, never hesitated to call herself out if she was hit, and high fived her way across the court between games. Erin, when cloning is more feasible...you will be the mold for all future dodgeball players! Thank you your excellent attitude and good sportsmanship. You are the player of the week.

Energy is very important in dodge ball and Kevin certainly was not missing any this week as he somersaulted his way around the court. Every time a game began Kevin would do a flip and then grab a ball. When people took aim for him, he would do a quick roll and evade the throw. This guy looked like he was trying out for the Olympic gymnastics team out there! Kevin somersaulted his team to victory and for that he is our Underdog Player of the Week!

Abe Schram, thank you for bringing the ugliest sweater known to man to the dodgeball court tonight. You inspired those around you to set aside their dodgeball team shirt and spandex tights for something a little more fun. Your over sized Christmas sweater with a life size, 3-D elf sewn on the front was the talk of the night and earns you player of the week!

Kelly's play tonight was a sight to be remembered. She was nearly unstoppable. She played in an unassuming manner....waiting for any ball thrown her way. Catch after catch she kept her team on the court and slowly dwindled her opponents down to none. A shoestring catch, a rebound off the body catch, a super fast catch, a 360 jump eyes closed chuck Norris catch. Kelly didn't care who threw the ball or if it should have been impossible for a mere humans to catch. It's possible she grew up at the Xavior Institute (x-men).
