Fall Co-ed Dodgeball at the Friendly House Wednesday

Most players catch a dodgeball with their hands...pretty simple on paper. Nowhere in the rules does it say a ball must be caught with your hands, a little nugget many players have discovered while closing their legs at just the right time as a ball is about to knock them out of the game. Alex of team Ballrats took this skill to a new level against team I'd Hit That! in their 7:10 matchup...a head turned, eyes closed, no look knee catch that was a sight to be seen.

There are some players who try and hide in the corner of the court when they realize they're the last player standing on their team during a game. Not a chance of this happening for Adrea Becken of team Question Catch, a player with a cannon for an arm who welcomes the challenge of leading her team back to victory with the odds stacked against her.
Offense is something always on her mind, something she displayed in fine fashion in their match up vs Head Shots at the Friendly House on Wednesday. Throw after throw, out after out, Andrea sealed two amazing games by herself and helped lead her team to an awesome overall victory against a quality opponent.

You can't keep a good team down forever...something Lovely Lady Lumps was out to prove tonight at the Friendly House. After losing their first match of the evening to veteran team A Good Day to Die Awesome, the players got together and decided enough was enough...it was time to turn it up a notch in their 7:50 battle against team Ocho.
Charissa Erickson put the team on her back, putting herself on the front line throughout the match and showing everyone what it means to be a dodgeball phenom. 16 minutes later and a convincing 5-2 victory...the Lovely Lady Lumps are rounding into a finely tuned team with the playoffs just around the corner.
