Spring Co-Ed Big Turkey Bowling Wednesdays at Hollywood Bowl 7pm

All the players out in Big Turkey Land (aka Hollywood Bowl) stepped it up a notch (aka put back a few cold ones to make rolling some deceivingly heavy ball down a slippery, shiny floor that much more fun). BUT a few teams really showed lanes 41-44 who was the cluckin' boss. Team "WWtJD" and the winter Wednesday Bowling Champions, the Safety Pins were a valiant match-up in the first game of the night. Cap'n Teri and her team edged out their provenly (is that a word?) talented opponents by 18 pins for the win. Way to share the spotlight!! The first game must've really gotten the ball rolling because they secured their glory in the second round, this time against the Gutter Slutz. In the second game of the night Captain Tony of the Three Finger Shockers bowled an astonishing 6 strikes in a row to secure the bronze by 3 pins. Meanwhile, Nine Pin No-Tap bowling keeps me on my toes. Tickets left and right- there are no chickens in this league! Props to We Don't Give a Split for dominating the No-Tap Championship. And MAD props to all those fu manchu's and milk mustaches that made their appearance!
