Back for another season of bowling at Valley Lanes, The Bowling Stones vowed to take the spirit award for this season as last year they had a fight to the finish with the team now known as DTB. They started the season off right by dressing up and making sure they stayed in high spirits the entire night...let's see if they can keep it up and hold true to their goals throughout the entire season!

Marsha, Marsha, Marsha. She was key tonight to Smoke a Bowl getting into the scoring column with momentous frames including that elusive Turkey! Marsha's spirit is what was of the utmost importance though as her team was consistently cheering for not just their team but their opponents throughout the night. Smoke a Bowl may not have had the highest scores for the night but they sure aren't lacking in having a blast!

Nice Pair
A model of consistency along with the spirit to help lead the conga line, Dalila showed up tonight ready to go! Her 118 score followed by another 118 score in Game 2 were big keys to helping Nice Pair win both games of the night...including just a 1-pin win in Game 2!!! But that wasn't the most important moment of the night for Nice Pair or Dalila. It was the "Merry, Merry Christmas" chant during their conga line that showed the rest of the league one of the top contenders in the Spirit Award for the season!

On "Superhero" night there were a ton of great costumes and themes throughout the league but how could you give Player of the Week to anyone but "Spirit Girl" for coordinating her team's costumes. She helped out Spirit Guy along with the others and even printed out name's and headwear for her teammates to sport through the night!
