For week 5 of the regular season The Bowling Stones lost not just their first game of the season but they lost their first match as well. For the playoffs they were matched up against that same deadly opponent, the Bumper Humpers. This week however proved to be a different story with the Stones rolling through the playoffs and taking home the championship prize. Nice Pair showed their toughness and held on to win their first round match-up against the Pinheads but couldn't quite take down the beast that was the Stones.
In the third place game the Pinheads stuck to their guns and pulled out a nice victory against the Bumper Humpers. The nine-pin no-tap prize was a blowout with Smoke-a-Bowl smoking the competition by doubling up everyone in no-tap coupons. That team five strikes in a row by Smoke-a-Bowl sealed the deal in an otherwise very tight competition.
All in all it was a very exciting and fun season in the Valley...way to go everyone!
