It was a game of friends with goodbye send off between players. These two veteran teams know each others flaws and distractions. So of course they used it on one another.
Balls of Fury's Adam F. has a loud bark but Live Free's Kayla put that bark in check when she threw a ball to his chest going about 100mph that he couldn't hold on to. Matt Howard took that personally and ended up taking Kayla and Dee out right away.
It was a great game, but in the end Live Free or Die Awesome just had too much spunk for their friendly team. They ended up taking the title home with them and sending Balls of Fury packing with a 7-1 victory. Congratulations to both teams and special Underdog high five to the champions.
