Andy, "Coach" (as his teammates call him) of You Mom & Jimmy Chitwood, might not be the best bowler on the team, but he's definitely the driving force. For the last 8 years he's been bowling with most of his teammates, rallying them in times of trouble, celebrating in victory, and cheering the whole time. Every night he picks a Player of the Week for his team, never giving it to himself. His teammates feel he's long over due and so do I. Congrats.

Jesus In Blue Jeans usually come to the lanes looking classy, but tonight was a different kind of class. Like a wedding kind of class. They were all decked out at this BTB black tie affair. The garb may not have helped earned a point over a team with capped out scores, but it definitely didn't hurt. Shelby broke 100 for one of her first times not once, but twice tonight. By far a PR. The Babe Lebowskis screamed there lungs out as usual tonight, but at least part of that celebrating was due to the B-Day. Mixed in with their rock and roll t-shirts and crowd of fellow bowlers and boozers were balloons, cupcakes, and cheers. Happy B-Day Babes.

Drinking Team put in some arts & craft time in preparation for Groundhog Day this week. They built a replica of the clock from the movie and littered the lanes with pritnted paper groundhogs. The groundhog predicted a win but was wrong as usual.

Happy Hookers Love No Tap, Jesus in Blue Jeans Had the Spirit In Them!
What a night! Pin Aisle Dysfunction may need to change their name to Pin Aisle FUNction! They took the Thursday Night Championship title by ONE pin. ONE PIN! Whew, what a close call!
Another close call was happening between Happy Hookers and Babe Lebowskis. Happy Hookers had the lead in No Taps with 15 and Babe Lebowskis put up a gallant fight until the very end--earning two more No Tap coupons in the 10th frame. Alas, it was not enough to boost them into No Tap Championship territory and Happy Hookers were crowned No Tap Champs.
Jesus was definitely in more than blue jeans this season, he was in the spirit. That's right, Jesus in Blue Jeans were the Spirit Champ winners. And if their appearance last night was any indication of their spirit all season, they definitely earned it! Way to go all!
