Such was the case when Matt of Ice Cold Pitchers transcended the game of softball with his electrifying performance. The hot, Ice Cold Pitchers turned to Matt when they needed a statement a play. Time and time again, Matt answered the call, recording a Grand Slam and great defense along the way. The game changer moment came in top of the 7th inning when Matt made a diving catch at short stop to begin the way toward victory .For his performance, Matt is our Player of the Week! Phase Two take home the title!

In a riveting championship game Angela Izmirian took home player of the week honors. Not only was she a great catcher behind the dish with constant positivity and a great sense of humor but was also a force with the bat! In the top of the 4th Angela stepped up to start the inning, on the first pitched she smacked the ball clear over the left fielders head (who may have moved in just a tad...). In a matter of moments Angela was standing on second and had sparked a rally that would eventually lead to a comeback win for Phase Two, way to go Angela!
