Blue Balls is relieved to come out victorious in final game against Mother Milk.

The 2012 Summer Unthank Kickball Championship featured two veteran teams, Blue Balls and Mothers Milk. The atmosphere at the ballpark was great as always. Burgers were being grilled, lawn chairs were out, and almost every team showed up to watch the final game in the 90 degree weather to heckle their friends. With bar coupons, wristbands and most importantly bragging rights on the line everyone was excited for a close ball game. Mother’s Milk Came out strong in the early innings, scoring first and putting up 3 runs. Blue Balls battled back on offense and eventually tied the game at 3-3. Both teams played some solid defense and great kicking but in the last few innings Blue Balls was just too much for Mother’s Milk as they took home the Championship with a 5-4 victory.
